TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Image Selection and Retouching:

1.1. All images selected during your viewing and design are final. Once you have selected your images and signed our agreement, there are no refunds.

1.2. Marmalade Portrait Studio sends images for retouching on the same day of purchase. Retouching generally takes 2-3 weeks.

1.3. Once retouched images are received by the studio, they are quality checked and sent to clients via a private Dropbox link.

2. Payment Plans:

2.1. If you choose to place your purchase on a payment plan, you will receive your raw files on the same day. As a result, no refunds can be issued.

3. Gift Experience:

3.1. We allow one Gift Experience per family for the period of 18 months.

3.2. The total amount of the Gift Experience cannot be transferred for cash or put towards the purchase of images or products.

4. Limitation of Liability:

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marmalade Portrait Studio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Governing Law:

5.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
