  • What do I get at the end of it all? What are your product options?

  • Do you provide a service for hair and make up?

    At Marmalade Portraits, we want to celebrate the real you, so we recommend that you come to your photo shoot looking like yourself. Hair and Makeup is not included in our services, but we understand the importance of looking your best and are happy to arrange a professional hair and makeup artist for an additional fee, upon request. Please note that booking is essential for this service. Our talented photographers, retouch artists and studio lighting will ensure that you look your very best and your unique personality shines through in your portraits.

  • Do you provide clothes or props for us to use in the shoot?

    At Marmalade Portraits, we understand that every family is unique and we want to showcase this in your images. We don't provide props or clothing at our studio, instead we encourage you to bring along a few changes of clothing and personal items that are special to you. Our experienced pre-session stylists and photographers will work with you in the weeks leading up to your shoot to help you prepare and choose the best outfits and items to bring. Additionally, if you have any specific requests or ideas for your session, we are happy to work with you to make it happen.

  • Do you take “traditional” portraits as well?

    At Marmalade, we prefer to capture the natural interactions and emotions between you and your loved ones, rather than creating still and posed images. Our approach focuses on celebrating the uniqueness of your relationships and personalities, allowing us to create vibrant and emotional portraits that truly reflect who you are. We believe that this modern approach to portrait photography will resonate with you and capture the essence of your family like never before.

  • Do you photograph weddings?

    Our photography experiences take place exclusively in our studios, and while we don't typically specialize in wedding photography, we do offer a Verve Couples Experience that allows newlyweds to celebrate their special day with unique and natural images. Unlike traditional wedding photography that often involves stiff poses, our approach is relaxed and spontaneous. We even have brides who bring in their wedding dress to capture the essence of their big day, but without the added stress, obviously if you want we have a list of photographers we can suggest for that special Wedding day.

  • Do you offer corporate photography at my business?

  • How long until I receive my artwork?

    The production of artwork typically takes up to 7 weeks from the date that your order is confirmed. Once your artwork has been created and dispatched from our Melbourne Production Warehouse, our courier partner will send you an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

  • When will I receive my Digital Images?

    Marmalade Portraits will send you the digital images via email within 10 business days after confirming your order. Please be aware that the email containing the digital images may sometimes be filtered into your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folder. please double check.

  • Are refunds available on artwork?

    Marmalade Portraits creates bespoke artwork that is custom-made for each client, and for this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • What do I do if my Artwork has been damaged in transit?

    Although Marmalade Portraits takes great care in packaging your artwork, there may be times when it becomes damaged during the transit process. If this occurs, please visit https://www.Marmaladeportraits.com/returns and our production team will be in touch within 3 business days.

  • It’s been 7 weeks, where is my artwork?

    On occasion, there may be slight delays in production due to the handcrafted nature and high quality control standards of Marmalade Artwork. We strive to keep you informed throughout the process and will advise you via email if there will be a delay. Please feel free to reach out to our team if you have any concerns or questions.
